WHAT IS A CORONAVIRUS?

The  coronavirus  are  a  wide  family  from  virus  that  may  cause  various  conditions, from the common cold to more complex illnesses such as severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS). The most recently discovered coronavirus causes the coronavirus disease COVID-19.  ​​​

WHAT IS THE  COVID-19?

COVID-19 is the most recently discovered infectious disease caused by the coronavirus. Both the new virus and the disease were unknown before the outbreak broke out in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. 

HOW IS COVID-19 DISEASE SPREAD?

 A person can contract COVID-19 from contact with another who is infected with the virus. The disease can spread from person to person through drops from the nose or mouth that are expelled when an infected person coughs or exhales. These droplets fall on objects and surfaces around the person, so other people can get COVID-19 if they touch these objects or surfaces and then touch their eyes, nose, or mouth. They can also be spread if they breathe in the drops that a person with COVID-19 has spread by coughing or  exhale. That is why it is important to stay more than one (1) meter away from a person who is  find sick. 

HOW LONG IS THE INCUBATION PERIOD  OF COVID-19?

The "incubation period" is the time that elapses between infection with the virus and the appearance of symptoms of the disease. Most estimates of the incubation period for COVID-19 range from 1 to 14 days, and generally are around five days. 

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS  AND SIGNS OF COVID-19?

The  symptom  plus  common  from  the  COVID-19  are  fever,  tiredness  and  cough  dry.  Some patients  may  present  pains,  congestion  nasal,  pain  from  throat  or  diarrhea.  These symptoms are usually mild and appear gradually. Some people become infected, but do not develop any symptoms and are not unwell. Most people (about 80%) recover from the disease without the need for any special treatment. Around  from  1  from  every 6  persons  that they contract  the  COVID-19  develops  a  serious illness  and  have  difficulty  for  to breathe.  The  persons  greater  and  the  that  suffer  Other medical conditions, such as high blood pressure, heart problems, or diabetes, are more likely to develop serious illness. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in China the range of fatalities is between 2% and 4%, but outside the Asian country the rate drops to 0.7%.
